Sales Account Manager

Office Location: Notting Hill, VIC

Reports to: State Manager
Status: Full-time Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Purpose: Pursue own daily operations and sales requirements to open new accounts and improve relationships with existing accounts to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general business in the given sales territory;
  • Plan and manage accounts to an agreed market strategy;
  • Manage assigned accounts to achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets;
  • Support technical queries and sales presentations;
  • Maintain, develop new and existing client relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize business growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Create and maintain financial and statistical reports using spread sheets;
  • Network within industry to provide effective feedback on market state of affairs;
  • Obtain account resolutions and payment within agreed trading terms for state accounts (follow up on outstanding account payments outside terms as required);
  • Carry out market research and competitor surveys;
  • Update relevant information held in Navision for all account holders;
  • Attend and present at customer meetings, internal meetings, company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development;
  • Maintain project register summary for quotations;
  • Support consultants and contractors through the design and selection process of product in line with risk and limitation of liability;
  • Provide piping and wiring schematics, technical submissions for VRF and Control Systems;

Technical Sales Assitant

Location: Notting Hill, VIC

Reports to: State Manager
Status: Full-time Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Purpose: Produce quotation for your state supporting account managers. Pursue own daily operations and sales requirements to open new accounts and improve relationship with existing accounts to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities:               

  • Assist with the management of technical sales;
  • Maintain project registry quotations.
  • Support the TSM through regular visits and call cycles (visit consultants and mechanical contractors as required).
  • Support technical queries and sales presentations;
  • Provide piping and wiring schematics, technical submission for technical products and Control Systems
  • Create and maintain financial and statistical reports using spread sheets;
  • Network within industry to provide effective feedback on market state of affairs;
  • Carry out site inspections of projects and coordinate or assist with commissioning
  • Update relevant information held in Navision for all account holders;
  • Attend and present at customer meetings, internal meetings, company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development;
  • Ensure technical information and software are current and available
  • Provide product training, design seminars and on-site demonstrations as required.
  • Answering phone system with an excellent phone manner, taking messages and forwarding to relevant personnel;

Warranty Service & Administration Officer

Location: Notting Hill, Victoria

Reports to: Regional Service Manager, VIC
Status: Full-time Permanent
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Purpose: To provide Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-Conditioners Australia (MHIAA) with a responsive warranty services acumen and office support.

Responsibilities:

  • General support of the MHI LTD Air-Conditioning products distributed byMHIAA;
  • Explain MHIAA procedures to Consumers, Service Agents and Contractors on how to register a warranty claim, ordering the spare parts and how to complete the warranty repair;
  • Take receipt of specific regional consumers warranty requests by phone, fax, email and online and issue ACW # once all the required information is provided and or legitimised;
  • Liaise with the Regional Service Manager, Service Agent, Spare Parts department, contractor, Technical Service Engineer and customer to prioritize urgent repairs such as hospitals etc.;
  • Follow up all raised ACW's to ensure the service agent has made contact to the consumer;
  • Assist the National Service Manager and Regional Service Managers as required;
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and redirect as necessary;
  • Organize and distribute correspondence received by mail/fax to correct staff;
  • Process and prepare outgoing correspondence for mailing;
  • Maintain WCO and service report filing systems;
  • Assist the RSM and or TSE with allocation of service agents in remote or difficult geographic areas; 
  • Assist the RSM where requested in managing each warranty claim to completion;
  • Ensure customers and service agents are aware of Terms and conditions of warranty. Direct customers to the T & C's on our website where necessary;
  • Ensure all parts related to ACW's are correctly claimed and attached with the Service Agents end of warranty claim tax invoice;  If no service agent is available within the warranty claim area, advise to the RSM and or TSE to locate a suitable licenced contractor;
  • Email service agents to advise any errors with warranty service reports and get them amended for correctness for processing to MHIJ and or MACO;
  • Encourage and establish working relationships with Service agents accounts receiving departments to streamline their warranty claim paperwork to achieve efficient and timely submission of invoices;
  • Examine regions service agents warranty claims for correctness prior to issuing to the Regional Service Manager for approval.
