(MHIAA), is excited to announce that they have been named by Finder as the Best Rated Split System Air Conditioner Brand in their latest 2021 Finder Retail Awards. about finder retail awards The 2020/21 Finder Customer satisfaction Awards – particularly their subcategory of Retail Awards, recognises Australia’s best brands as voted by Australians. Working with leading data, insights and consulting company, Kantar Finder surveyed over 3,000 Australians who had recently purchased products across 150 categories, asking them to rate how satisfied they were with their purchase. Respondents were asked to give an Overall Satisfaction Score for the product (between 0 and 5 stars) and a rating on whether the respondent would recommend the product to their friends. Training the Next Generation of HVAC Experts Surveys conducted by the Australian Industry Standards (AIS) revealed that the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry is one of the key industries that will face several challenges in the coming years as the industry transforms with new technology, new systems and sustainability as a key focus.
